Our Founder
The C-Spot Australia Founder and CEO, Marija Andacic, is an experienced leader with over 20 years of supporting organisations, CEOs, and senior leaders achieve their strategic and operational objectives. As a proven leader, public speaker, and Board Director, Marija’s experience spans listed, privately owned, not-for-profit, and government sector organisations, having developed a unique skill set to support organisations, and current and aspiring leaders to maximise their outcomes and achieve success.
Whether the context is supporting leaders to become successful in leadership or C-Suite positions, or helping organisations grow through mergers/acquisitions or product development, or meeting quality or regulatory requirements, Marija’s approach maximises engagement with an organisation’s “why” through creating caring, connected, and courageous environments matched with the context of each client.
